Beautiful view. Good breakfast. Pool and hot tub clean and good temperatures

Small room. Very low ceiling in shower/tub (by low I mean 6 feet). A bit of a trek to/from town, but thats how you get a good view and there are pretty good transportation options.

Great attention to detail, very clean. Professional, yet homely. Wonderful view, comfortable room.

One of the employees was a bit pushy to get a tip at the end of the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The amazing view of the lake from the hillside location was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and satisfying. The staff was warm and friendly, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

Food was good and the staff was friendly. A nice quiet location overlooking the city. The small pool and jacuzzi were nice. Rooms have a nice balcony overlooking the city. We had a car which made easy access, but access is easy from downtown via the funicular line .

Bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains from our private terrace. The hotel's proximity to the funicular and cable car made it convenient for us to explore the area and take in the beautiful scenery. the hotel offered a delicious continental breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, which we thoroughly enjoyed starting our mornings with.

The size of the room was a bit cramped for a couple. We found it difficult to move around freely and felt that there was not enough space for our belongings.

The hotel is owned and operated by a wonderful family, all of whom could not have been more attentive and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

The location was good and the breakfast, too,

We did not like the room very much. It was too small for being a "superior" room and the fact that it was on the ground floor didn't help. It also had a certain old smell in the room. Perhaps other "superior" rooms were better but nobody offered to have us take a look after I complained. I received answers like "Well, this is only a three-star hotel -you are lucky to have got the room on the floor with the terrace".

The hotel is located on a hillside with an amazing view of the lake. It is in close proximity to a cable car that goes up the mountain, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace while taking in the breathtaking city views.

The hotel is nowhere near the train station, making it difficult without a car to reach.
